Do I need to notify you when I move into my property?

Usually no, as your housing association or landlord will have notified us prior to you moving into the property.

However, you can contact our team at metering@lighthouse-energy.co.uk and they will send you the form to fill in. Please complete in consultation with your landlord and return to metering@lighthouse-energy.co.uk

If you are buying the property, details of how to notify us will be in your sales pack or supplied by your solicitor. But if you have any questions, please contact us at support@lighthouse-energy.co.uk

Do you need to read my meter?

You do not have to take meter readings, as this is done remotely by our system.

However, if you are in a Glass-enabled property, you can view your usage and spend by downloading the Glass app. Click here to learn more about Glass.

If I will be paying by a regular bill what do I do?

If you will be paying for your energy by receiving a regular bill, please click here to understand how to pay your bill.

Please note that payments taken from your account will be under Vital Energi Utilities Limited.
